I have fixed it by now.

It is strange.

When I click on your user in administration panel, a list of your status is made available. I could theoretically change the same things which you could. And picture/avatar is present there. I will check into this.

Mine is bigger. I will probably try to standardise sizes.

I have checked user allowances yesterday, and apparently, nothing is said about whether or not you have right to own avatar. I will probably make test account to see for myself what is wrong.
